Prexus Health Partners (PHP) is a physician owned company that owns and manages Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Imaging Centers and Surgical Hospitals. Our physician shareholders collectively take enormous financial risk and therefore accountability for improving quality and decreasing cost of care.

This extended practice of medicine focuses on outpatient healthcare  services for our patients that our shareholders are not able to provide individually or as a small group.

PHP has hired expertise and has internally developed an exceptional management team that allows it to integrate individual facilities under one umbrella to further improve efficiencies of operations, streamline quality and decrease cost of care being provided at the facilities.

The facilities under the umbrella share cost of management without any markup. The management team reports to the individual boards of each facility. The management team has also developed significant expertise in turning around facilities that are financially challenged.

Additionally PHP’s management team helps other physicians who share our common vision of improving quality and decreasing cost beyond the scope of their current practice by helping them develop and manage similar facilities of excellence. Our data is benchmarked against other facilities so that we can constantly improve our operations.
